Hey hey hey! :)
Today's was a pretty sucky morning in my polish-filled world. It's the third day of my Yes Love hunt, and quite an unsuccessful one, might I add. You see, I went crazy over Illamasqua Scarce and its gorgeous little siblings, but their price and a month and a half of waiting put me off on my quest to complete the collection. Until Yes Love (cheapo chinese brand, I believe) brought a suspiciously similar line to life, that is.
I've seen it pop over a gazillion Spanish blogs on which it is deemed to be an affordable and easy to find collection. I don't know about the first, but I can only f*cking disagree about the second, ladies. It is nowhere to be found in the Barcelona area. I lost three hours looking for it today, and I think I am done with it. I will find it, eventually..!
The nails: that too is brought to y'all after a fail. I attempted some deep V sick nails and obtained some deep V sh*t that I took off immediately. That's what followed:
I will skip the info about the base color because you know it just too well by now, it's become my nail's best friend ;) After that, I used five neons to do the dotted flowers: (from thumb to pinky) China Glaze Sun- Kissed, Tokalon nº2, Kiko nº 336 Electric Blue, Nfu-Oh FS12 and Maybelline Orange Fix. The black is China Glaze Liquid Leather.
That was fun to wear but not my style much, I doubt I would ever wear this again... What about you? Oh, and my questions here are never ambush questions: you can always say no. And I point out "here" because my BF would surely disagree otherwise...
And same thing goes for: what do you think of my new blog title?
Take care,
M.
Wow these are amazing, Love the colours!
ResponderEliminarThank you, Emily Rose! :)
EliminarLove it ! All the colours work so well together:)
EliminarHehe! I like them! They are quirky fun! Especially with all the bright neons! ♥
ResponderEliminarWhoa, coool blog title! Aw, totally love the effect you did! With the bullet hole and even with the smoke! So awesome! :D
^^ Thanks! My BF did, he was so sweet to do this for my blog <3!
EliminarThese are the absolute BEST!!!! Primo Pinterest-worthy!
ResponderEliminarLove 'em!!!!!!
YAY! :D Thanks Lisa!
EliminarThis is really sweet, it reminds me of pretty wall paper :)
ResponderEliminarThank you, Maria! :D

Very pretty little flowers!
ResponderEliminar^^ Thank you Helena!
EliminarIf this was over a white polish it would remind me of those LV hand bags, or over Black would also look hot!
ResponderEliminarSuch a good idea and so neatley executed!
You're so right! Over black it would look hot, but I'd have to dot double :p one in white, and another one in neon over it!
Eliminarhahaha - I thought you weren't going to say nothing about your new blog title ;) which is so great in all it quirkiness, one just has to love it! What to say from the smoke coming out of the hole? Precious! And the gory cartoon-ish dripping blood? Awesome! :D
ResponderEliminarAs for the nails... meh, we all have fail days, hun, (I can vouch for that for sure ;)) and then we have to go for something a little less 'us' but then again, it's always good to try something out of our comfort zone, righ? Erm... yeah... next one's bound to come out perfect ;)
^^ Thank you! The BF is really skilled ^^
EliminarIt's good to try, for sure! I am glad I did those, but I am also glad I took 'em off :p
Love your flowericure hehe! It's so cute to use different colors... very fun and summery. Ah, I know the feeling of not being able to find a polish anywhere. I had that trouble with Pure Ice's suedes. Even though people found them with ease, I went to so many WalMarts and found not one bottle of them. Hope you find your lemming soon! :)
ResponderEliminar~ Yun
^^ Thanks YuN! :D
EliminarAs much as I love your ABC Challenge, I've been really enjoying your nail arts lately! This looks just awsome. The nude goes so well with the different colors and it's just stunning!
ResponderEliminarThank you! I am so in LOVE with this nude...!
Eliminar"What about you? Oh, and my questions here are never ambush questions: you can always say no. And I point out "here" because my BF would surely disagree otherwise..."
ResponderEliminarI am watching you.
Haha, I know hon, I know!
EliminarLOOOOOOL!!! Yes Love polishes are actually a Spanish brand and very easy to find there. Here, in Portugal, they're also easy to find Problem is the new collections don't exist in all stores so I spent a f.time searching for them until I gave up and just asked a friend to get them lol. Anyway, have you seen the new Flormar collection? Maybe you'll like it too :)
ResponderEliminarI loved your manicure, it reminds me how I love flowers and should totally do something like yours lol. Kisses :)
Crisitna
Oh they're Spanish? I didn't know! Haha! They SHOULD be very easy to find, but trust me, they're not! At least not in Barcelona. I have to check out that Flormar collection though! ;)
EliminarFirst - your blog title is ADORABLE!!! I love it so much and I think it suits you wonderfully!!!
ResponderEliminarAlso - I have no idea how that new collection by Yes Love is, but I can tell you that I have a couple of polishes by them - and they suck. Big time. Bad formula, thick and smelly and definitely not something I will ever be using again :-(
Illamasqua however - worth the trouble! I have plenty of their polishes and except for one - I was never disappointed with them!
Ok, I don't know what you meant by the V fail shit, but I totally love this mani of yours! And except for the nude base, this is so *my* kinda mani!!! =D
THANK YOU sweetheart! :D I know, they suck... It's just THAT exact collection that's driving me nuts...
